Making A Purchase Please note: We reserve the right to exchange or upgrade your order to a different type of 3mm or 6mm wood or exchange 3mm wood for 4mm in such circumstances. If you are purchasing back stock or attempting to tie into a previous order the wood you receive may be different than normal. If you need it to be the same please contact us before placing your order. Thank you for your patience and we hope to resolve this issue soon.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling All orders over £20.00 are sent free of charge, orders under have a fixed postage charge of £2.99. We send all orders by first or second class post or 72 hour carrier. Orders sent outside the UK are charged at cost.
Delivery Schedule Unless other wise arranged we reqire payment prior to dispatch of an order. We will normally dispatch your order to you in 5 full business days, this can be longer if the items require manufacture (eg Wooden or Acrylic Letters). The five working days are counted from the date of payment for your order, any amendments made to your order will cause the five working days to be counted from the date of your last ammendment and NOT the original order/payment date. The day an order is placed/paid for does not count as a full business day. We post using Royal Mail and cannot affect their delivery times, guarantee next day delivery or track the parcels. At very busy times we may take longer than five working days as we are a small company,
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from within the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security Credit card orders are handled by www.worldpay.com or www.paypal.co.uk . We do not receive your credit card details on our servers or retain information about your card. If we take payment over the phone then the information is used to complete a credit card payment through www.streamline.com and all details are then destroyed. WorldPay and Streamline are Bank of Scotland company's (Natwest is their retail arm in Britain).
Guarantee We are happy to accept returns on most of the standard items we sell by prior arrangement within 30 days of sale. Items that are cut to order such as letters, words and other bespoke items are exempt from our standard returns policy. If there is a problem with a bespoke order then, at the management's discretion, we may offer an exchange. Exchanges on bespoke items are only available on orders under £100 and are subject to a 25% handling fee. Please contact us to discuss any items you wish to return before doing so. You will need to bear the postage costs of any returns unless the item is faulty. Please note, mistakes made by the customer during ordering (such as selecting the wrong size or font accidentally or misspelling a word) do not count as faults so please check your cart before completing your order.
